About Adam Foundation

To strengthen national unity through social cohesion, civic responsibility and equality.

The Adam Foundation was established by Safwan Adam to advance the philanthropic and charitable objectives of the Adam family. Rooted in a deep sense of civic duty and faith, the Foundation seeks to promote, engage and include people who share common interests, beliefs and values in strengthening the fabric of British society.

Inspired by the Islamic ethos and guided by enduring British values, the Foundation’s purpose is to help shape a fairer and more confident United Kingdom — one where all communities are able to thrive, contribute and lead. We believe that meaningful progress begins within communities, through integration, service, reflection and leadership, and extends outward through collaboration and shared responsibility.

Our work spans leadership development, civic engagement and community investment, each aimed at building stronger institutions and a more cohesive nation. Through strategic partnerships, advice and targeted initiatives, the Foundation supports efforts that advance equality, strengthen democracy and ensure every person has a stake in Britain’s shared future.

Our Commitment:

The Adam Foundation represents a new model of philanthropy. One that unites heritage and modern civic values, faith and fairness, local impact and global vision. Through our work, we aim to inspire responsible leadership, deepen social cohesion and contribute to a stronger, more united Britain.
